ART. 2

Likewise, the present regulation identifies the roles and tasks of the voluntary personnel, in order to outline in detail the organizational and operational lines not expressly described in the Statute of the Association.

These Internal Regulations are proposed by Executive Board to the General Assembly, according to the rules indicated in the Articles of Association.

These internal regulations do not have retroactive effect.

TITLE II SOCIAL QUOTES, METHODS AND TERMS

ART. 3

Since the art. 17 of the Statute provides that the membership fee payable by members is set by the Assembly, while the art. 7 explains that the Executive Board establishes terms and conditions for payment of the quota itself, it is considered useful to standardize both the fees to be paid by the members and the methods and terms of payment with the present Internal Regulation.

The right of the Assembly and /or of the Executive Board remains unaffected, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7 and 17 of the Statute, in order to modify both the quotas and the modalities and terms in the future.

ART. 4

The membership fee is expected to the extent of:

€ 10.00 (ten / 00) per year payable by ordinary members who intend to engage directly in voluntary activities (active volunteers);

and to the extent of:

Euro 100.00 (one hundred / 00) per year payable by members who intend to fully engage in those activities and services considered useful to achieve the associative purpose (useful volunteers).

With this distinction, we do not absolutely intend to create a new category of members, but modulate the value of the membership fee by reason of the commitment and/or activities carried out by ordinary members.

ART. 5

The modality of payment of the associative fee is foreseen in a single solution, with cash at the Vico Meridiana operative office, 1 bis - 80014 Giugliano in Campania (NA) or with postal or banking payment as indicated in the information material of the Association.
